Consultancy

I am unique in having worked in four teams that have embraced new ways of working. I know exactly how hard (and worthwhile!) it is for leaders to embrace progressive ways of working.

Change is hard, and sometimes teams need expert advice from someone who has been there before. I draw on real-life experience and years of research to help your organisation to become more progressive.

Coaching

With coachees, I listen and question until we understand your goal, problem, challenge, or opportunity. Once we’re clear on your desired outcome I help you to figure out how to work towards it. I won’t tell you how to do things, though you might check in on my perspective. Together, we navigate your goal, with you making the decisions.

My role is to help you plan to get to where you want to go, not to tell you how to get there. Coaching can be online or in person, one-time or regular.

Training & Facilitation

I design training to meet the needs of your team or event, on topics including: Team Challenges & Solutions; Teamwork; Feedback; Healthy Meetings; and Distributed Decision-Making.

I can also facilitate your meetings and away days when you need an external face to keep things fresh and moving.

Expect participation, practical tools, and interaction. Not big slide decks, role play (promise) or Post-its. Okay, maybe the odd Post-it.
